Mochi making classes can be a fun and educational experience for children. Not only do they get to learn about a unique Japanese treat, but they also get to participate in the process of making it. Mochi is a sweet rice cake that is made by pounding sticky rice until it becomes a smooth and stretchy dough.
We make 8pc of Strawberry mochi with azuki.(see photos)
